Dressing Room & Closet Tour

For as long as I can remember I’ve had a major obsession with fashion! I never imagined that I would one day turn that passion into a career in the retail field and start a style blog yet somehow here we are!

Having a spare bedroom dedicated to my clothes wasn’t so much a want as it was a need! My shopaholic ways have taken over and made it impossible to share a closet with my husband, but everyone has to have a hobby right? Shopping just happens to be one of mine. Designing a dressing room on a budget was no easy task! We kept it simple with the structure and wardrobe organization and let the clothing and accessories be the decor. The Center shelf is none other than the  $55 Billy bookcase from Ikea! The rest of the unit is made up of a few different pieces from a wardrobe collection at Lowe’s.

My Style is always changing but it’s no secret that I’m drawn to neutrals especially white. My closet is really two different people! One side is black – moody and sophisticated. While the other is white – girly and vibrant.  Basically my two different personalities.  I’m really loving Free People right now especially the top I’m wearing in the main photo. Peplum tops are a staple in my closet, I have over half a dozen of them! See a couple of my favs here

Finishing touches like bags and shoes are more of a collection than anything else and PSA! all of my luxury handbags are fake. I basically risked my life for these babies! Micheal Kors and Kate Spade are about all the authentic luxury my bank account can handle! A little budget friendly secret between friends –  I have a serious addiction to the website 6pm.com Amazing brand name pieces at a discounted price. I am also a Stella & Dot stylist and can’t get enough! The majority of their pieces are versatile and many different pieces all in one!

I hope you enjoyed this mini closet tour! For more you can subscribe to my blog, follow me on instagram  or follow me on the Like to Know it app where you can shop all my screenshots!
